Human Resource Management is seen as an important activity in health and its impact on the performance of health sector organizations are well supported by many studies. It plays a major role in the success of organization by integrating the interest of organization and its workforce.
Staff development is intended to enhance the performance of employees through a learning process that involves the acquirement of knowledge, improvement of skills, concepts, rules or changing of attitudes and behaviours in organizational settings.
Staff development improves the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the workforce and develops their services. Staff development prepares employees for the new job while development is essential for future assignments. Global competition has made staff development a viable tool for all kinds of organizations.
Colossal amounts
Staff development is indispensable for the success and productivity of organizations. Finally it is affected to the productivity of national government all over the world. An organization spends huge amounts on staff development. It leads to successful performance of employees’ institutions and nations.
To ensure that the staff development initiative we embark upon makes a real impact, brainstorm our teams ideas on the impact of the staff development under these three headings: saving time, saving money and saving effort.

It is important that the staff development manager is clear about the answers to these questions and is open to any other possible benefits which the team might suggest.

Noble Eight Fold Path

In Buddhism, to overcome the suffering, people follow the Noble Eightfold Path. The whole practice of Buddhism is based on “Sila, Samadhi, Panna” which means “The morality, concentration and wisdom.”

Therefore, mindfulness is one of the main parts of the Noble Eight Fold Path. They are as follows:

Right Speech

Right Action

Right Livelihood

Right Effort

Right Mindfulness

Right concentration

Right Understanding

Right Thoughts

Most of them develop mindfulness skills as a training tool brings their mind to the present moment and to reduce their stress levels. As more and more people are searching for an alternative to drug therapy mindfulness and the daily practice of mindfulness can be seem as a way to achieve this.

Proper mindfulness

It is therefore essential that mindfulness is made available to as many people as possible and that they receive. Proper training is how to practice it and use it to enhance their daily lives and staff activities of an organization.

People in Buddhist countries practice mindfulness to develop their concentration (Samadhi) then they hope to achieve wisdom (Panna). Some important Suttas in relation to the staff development and mindfulness

Having considered the above Buddhist practices among the staff of an organization, actual performance can be in line with fixed targets in the future prospects of the organization through Sila (Morality) Samadhi (Concentration) Panna (Wisdom)

Path to staff development

Sila (morality) Samadhi (Concentration) Panna (Wisdom) are three stages on the path to mental purify. If effects to the mind in many ways. Executive officers and other staff are concerned to the many activities in the office various categories of other staff are served of many organizations. Their minds are different at various levels. Hence meditation can be used as a weapon for staff development. Mind should be controlled as per the objectives of the organization to achieve goals through Sila (Morality) Samadhi (Concentration) Panna (Wisdom)
